Keeping Your Pet Healthier Online: Get a Pet Portal!

If you’ve been on the Willard Veterinary Clinic home page recently, you may have seen the new Pet Portal login icon. Willard’s new Pet Portal service is designed to help you keep your pet healthier by providing you with up-to-date, online access to your pet’s health information, and it’s free of charge!

You can use your private pet health website to:

  • Manage your pet’s health care
  • View medication schedules
  • Communicate with Willard online
  • Learn more about your pet’s individual health and life-stage issues

And if you have multiple pets who are patients at Willard, your Pet Portal will contain health information for each pet with an active file in your account with us.

Getting a Pet Portal

There are three ways to get a Pet Portal:

  • Click this “Get a Portal!” link.
  • Visit Willard Veterinary Clinic. Just give the receptionist your email address.
  • Call us at 617-773-6565 or email us at and give us your email address.

Once you provide us with your email address you’ll receive your password by email.

Viewing Your Pet Portal

You view your Pet Portal by visiting our website and using your email address and password to sign in. You must have cookies turned on in your browser in order to sign in. You can bookmark the sign-in page, but not your Pet Portal, since it exists only when you are actually signed in.

Your email address is your Pet Portal sign-in name. You have the option of receiving your pet’s service reminders (vaccinations, exams, etc.) by email. We also use your email address to contact you about practice updates and important health news, such as information about West Nile Virus. If you’d prefer not to receive emails from us, you can use your Pet Portal to change your email preferences. You will still be able to use your Pet Portal, even if you choose not to receive emails from us.
